The Northern Province is situated in Northern Luzon, with communities in the Ilocos Region, the Cagayan Valley and the Cordillera Administrative Region. It is made up of four districts: Abra, Cagayan, Vigan-Laoag and Tabuk, and SVD communities in Urdaneta, Dagupan, Baguio and in La Union.
