Cagayan Confreres Attend Annual Tuguegarao Clergy Retreat

The 5-day retreat was held in Betania Retreat House, Baguio City, last September 26-30 where 73 secular and religious priests altogether attended the said retreat. It was so far the biggest number of priests who joined the annual spiritual journey of the archdiocese.
The resource companion was the newly installed Archbishop Sergio Utleg, D.D. in tandem with his few chosen speakers-priests. He zeroed in his approach on his personal vision in line with the First Archdiocesan Pastoral Assembly (FAPA) as his road map for his 7-year stint in the archdiocese and everybody was optimistic to work hand in hand with him as it is doable.
On the other hand, Fr. Bernard Teneza, SVD had the great opportunity to impart his well-applauded homily in one of the masses held during the retreat. The brotherhood of the clergy and the religious in the Diocese is evident. And we are looking forward to continue working harmoniously with them. We went back home armed with enthusiasm, rejuvenated and renewed spirit to fully commit ourselves to the realization of the vision vis-à-vis to working God’s vineyard for His greater glory. (Fr. Judy Bañez, SVD)
